Started on a simple frustration: too many quotes, not enough straight answers
ACRI was founded by two Wrexham-trained refrigeration engineers who were tired of seeing customers pushed towards oversized, overpriced systems by sales-driven national chains.
We set out to do things differently: every quote is based on an actual room-by-room heat-load survey, every installation is carried out by our own directly-employed engineers (never subcontracted), and every system comes with a plain-English explanation of how to get the most from it.
Fifteen years on, we're still a local, independently-owned business — now a small team of engineers and support staff covering Wrexham and the wider Dee Valley.
